TWCC Launches Membership Service Charter

The Tanzania Women Chamber of Commerce (TWCC) has officially launched its Membership Service Charter, as part of the Customer Service Week celebrations.
The launch event took place at TWCC Headquarters, Oysterbay – Masaki, Dar es Salaam.
Purpose of the Charter
This milestone aims to strengthen transparency, accountability, communication, and the quality of services provided to TWCC members across the country.
Remarks by TWCC Executive Director
Dr. Mwajuma Hamza stated:
“We are launching this Charter today because we believe the time to strengthen accountability and transparency is now.
Our members deserve to know what to expect from TWCC, and to be assured that their voices matter and are being heard.”
Through this Charter, TWCC members will be able to:
Receive registration feedback within 3 working days through TWCC’s digital platforms, including the official website.
Access timely, respectful, and professional responses to inquiries.
Freely share feedback and suggestions for service improvement without fear.
The Charter also aims to:
Set clear expectations on service delivery.
Strengthen communication between TWCC and its members.
Enable regular monitoring of service standards.
Build trust and accountability between TWCC and its members.
Over 20,000 members represented at the event commended TWCC for this important step towards improved service delivery.
Dr. Mwajuma urged all members to read, understand, and utilize the Charter as a key tool to enhance service quality and strengthen the relationship between TWCC and its membership community.
This launch reflects TWCC’s unwavering commitment to remain a leading institution empowering women entrepreneurs in Tanzania, guided by the principles of equity, integrity, and professionalism.
